Returns
We hope you that you love your purchases, however we appreciate you may change your mind, so we're here to help.
Please return your item to us within 30 days from the date you received it, we would also love to hear why the item is no longer suitable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, in perfect condition and in a re-sellable condition.
Your item must be in the original packaging, you must ensure the item is packed sufficiently for the return delivery. We are not reponsible for any items which are damaged in transit due to inappropriate and poor packing.
The original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Unfortunately we are unable to refund the postage costs for returning your item.
When posting an item to return you must obtain a proof of postage receipt, we are not reponsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.
Sale & Sample Sale
Sample sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Sale items must be returned to us within 14 days from the date you receive them.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 14 days of us receiving the goods, this may vary slightly depending on your card provider.
If you purchased goods using a special discount code/offer that will be deducted from the original price and you will be refunded the cost you purchased the items for.
Damaged Deliveries
We do our utmost to ensure your items are packed to avoid any damaged in transit. However unfortunately these can happen from time to time and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.
If you can hear that your delivery is broken or the box is damaged, please write a description of these damages on the delivery note before signing for the package.
Please email at katyatthemanorshop@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt of delivery and include photos of the damaged item. We will arrange to send out a replacement item to you as soon as possible subject to stock availability. If we are not notified within this time, returns will be dealt with on a discretionary basis.
We are unable to refund return postage on any items returned without contacting us first
